As part of the National Accounts team, you will work diligently to drive strategic revenue growth and strengthen advisor engagement. You will be responsible for leading national accounts initiatives, developing and executing sales strategies, developing new relationships, expanding advisor penetration, and enhancing the overall experience for key partners. You will utilize a collaborative mindset, a passion for building relationships, and a deep understanding of sales operations, account management, and the Insurance industry.
The ideal candidate has an industry background, entrepreneurial mindset, a track record of success in strengthening agent relationships, operational acumen, and exhibits leadership qualities.
