Job Description

The Data Management Team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant vendor and claimant disbursements across the organization.

The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining and verifying all master data elements—such as names, addresses, ACH details, tax identification numbers, and email addresses—used in disbursement transactions. Requests often involve vendor onboarding, changes, and issue resolution—all requiring a high level of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathers and consolidates data from designated internal and external sources.

• Tracks and monitors tasks to ensure compliance with established deadlines.

• Maintains accurate records and updates documentation as needed.

• Assists with investigating and resolving system discrepancies or data issues.

• Validates data for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.

• Identifies and resolves inconsistencies in account information.

• Processes moderately complex transactions and data with attention to detail.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

Experience:

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu):

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $17.88 - 26.93 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
