Project Manager – JLL

What this job involves: Lead JLL's Project Management Program across the region as a strategic driver of operational excellence and client success. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee complex infrastructure projects while providing remote guidance to Workplace Managers on project execution methodology. You'll be the cornerstone connecting global JLL standards with local implementation, ensuring seamless project delivery that enhances client satisfaction and drives business growth. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage complex IFM infrastructure renewal projects from planning through closeout, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and scope while maintaining zero business interruption and maximizing client satisfaction

• Provide strategic guidance and methodology support to Workplace Managers across the region for minor project execution while serving as direct lead on high-complexity initiatives

• Coordinate with RE&F teams to develop comprehensive reporting on operations, financial performance, variance analysis, and customer satisfaction metrics while maintaining detailed backup documentation

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities by supporting local teams in selecting and managing Tier Two Providers while tracking vendor performance against predefined KPIs and success criteria

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, cost savings opportunities, and innovation strategies, presenting quarterly progress reports and annual strategic plans

• Facilitate client relationship management through excellence in communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management planning for workplace transformation projects

• Conduct project kickoff meetings with stakeholders and Tier Two providers to ensure comprehensive understanding of scope, schedule, budget, safety requirements, and customer experience expectations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with strong academic performance in project management principles

• 3-5 years of proven experience as Project Manager in construction, infrastructure, or facilities management with demonstrated success in complex project delivery

• Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) for effective communication with regional teams and international stakeholders

• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, schedule compliance, and scope control with track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

• Strong experience with vendor management, procurement processes, and supplier performance evaluation including contract management and KPI tracking

• Technical knowledge of building systems, infrastructure renewal projects, and facilities management operations with understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships while maintaining compliance with SOPs, regulations, and safety requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management credentials with commitment to ongoing professional development

• Experience working with JLL systems, processes, or similar integrated facilities management environments with understanding of global service delivery models

• Background in change management and workplace transformation projects with demonstrated ability to manage occupant experience during facility transitions

• Knowledge of asset management practices including tagging systems, lifecycle management, and disposal processes for facility equipment and infrastructure

• Experience with performance measurement and KPI reporting systems including scorecard development and quarterly compliance tracking

• Familiarity with Latin American business practices and regulatory requirements for construction and facilities management projects

• Previous experience in client-facing roles with corporate occupiers or multi-site portfolio management including satisfaction survey processes and continuous improvement initiatives
