Job Description

  • Leverage and analyze external and bank’s data to identify opportunities for the bank, especially in the area of digitization and AI (i.e. new product, innovative business/operating model, value creation explore from current business)

  • Study and explore new business/operating model to the bank where areas impact on business directions, emerging technologies, competitive and size of prize, market gap

  • Evaluate possibility and readiness new business/operating model of the bank by collaborate with business unit and external regulation, get buy in from key business/functions

  • Formulate strategic framework and develop feasibility and proposal of new business/operating model possibility with key contents and milestones, then propose to Executives committee for approval.

  • Facilitate the execution of new business/operating model

  • Drive synergy within the bank and SCBX’s group to turn financial uplift to the bank & group level such as CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) loyalty program with PointX, TokenX, Ecosystem within SCB and etc.

  • Center contact and collaborate all stakeholders across the bank, SCBX’s group, external partners, external regulations in relative to Group’s matters i.e. Group’s request.

  • Prepare communication deck for Executives where relate to the bank strategies both internal and external communication in term of corporate strategies such as CEO townhall, CEO press trip and interview

  • Prepare regulatory reports such as AGM meeting, Annual report relative to bank-level strategic vision and direction

  • Manage SCB Trump card and collaborate all stakeholders to ensure milestone and deliverable meet expectation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields

  • 5–10 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, innovation, consulting, or transformation projects, preferably in banking or financial services

  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data, digitalization, and AI trends to identify business opportunities and drive strategic initiatives

  • Proven ability to develop business cases, strategic frameworks, and feasibility studies for new business models or transformation initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across business units, senior management, external partners, and regulators

  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to drive execution and deliver strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment
