Job Description:
As we expand the capacity of our production site, exciting new opportunities are opening up. One of them is the role of Onsite Support Specialist, a key position in our IT team dedicated to keeping our systems running smoothly and our users supported.
What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot incidents and implement changes
- Offer ad-hoc training on common IT topics and guide users through self-service tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain and update hardware and software systems.
- Install and configure IT equipment and applications.
- Monitor system performance across hardware and software.
- Train users on device functionality and software usage.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.
