Job Description:

Person is responsible of managing Cash application process from third party customers which includes cash application of customer payments.

o   Daily processing of open items on bank statements to accurately reflect client money transfers.

o Regular monitoring and resolution of On Account items.

o Entering accounting entries into SAP as requested by 3M local organizations, in line with 3M guidelines.

o Clearing and matching open items.

o Preparing reports.

o Researching and responding to inquiries from internal clients (via Salesforce and email).

o Performing month-end activities.

o Improving and developing internal processes and controls.

o Assisting with the resolution of audit queries.

General Requirements:

•        Bachelors degree in any Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses.  Preferrably Accounting graduate

•        0-1 years experience in Treasury, Accounts Receivable or any accounting relatied activities

•        Experience in Shared Service Center for MNC is preferred

•        Good communication skills, fluent in English (and any language if specifically identified in the position)

•        Working knowledge of SAP and  MS Office tools;

•        Highly customer service and quality oriented mindset;

•        Flexible for new assignments and willingness to learn

•        Attention to details and enjoys working on operational processes

•        Proficient research, analytical and problem solving skills;

•        Continuous improvement mindset

•        Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload;

•        Team oriented
