Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
The Executive Programs team sits within Global Executive Marketing and is responsible for designing and delivering Stripe’s most strategic executive-facing programs and engagements. Executive Programs partners closely with stakeholders across the company to ensure these programs are cohesive, intentional, and aligned to Stripe’s most important business priorities.
As a Global Executive Engagement Manager, you will help evolve Stripe’s executive engagement motion into a centralized, scalable engine that supports the company’s most strategic priorities. You will play a key role in shaping how Stripe plans, prepares for, and executes executive engagements across global events, market visits, and field activations.
This role requires strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate comfortably at senior levels of the organization. You will partner closely with leadership offices, Associate Business Partners (ABPs), Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales—owning the strategy, planning, and preparation for executive engagements, while working through partners to execute logistics and follow-through.
