This position reports to:
Global IS CX Effectiveness Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. You will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion sustainability practices across the IS Consumer Experience team. This entry-level role is designed for professionals with at least 3 years of relevant experience who are eager to contribute to operational excellence and long-term business sustainability.

This role is a Global role supporting ABB Core IS, more specifically IS Consumer Experience team.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process optimization
Support the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives across the team
Collect, track, and report key performance metrics and process improvements
Collaborate with team members to document best practices and standardize procedures
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits and compliance checks on team processes and documentation
Support the development and maintenance of compliance documentation and checklists
Identify and escalate compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
Sustainability Initiatives
Develop and promote sustainable practices within daily operations
Support environmental and social responsibility projects aligned with company objectives
Track sustainability metrics and contribute to ESG reporting efforts
Raise awareness and engagement around sustainability goals among team members
Operational Excellence
Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance team effectiveness
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership visibility
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align initiatives with business objectives
Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making processes
Qualifications for the role
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), understand Compliance frameworks and Risk Management principles, experience in Sustainability and ESG initiatives, knowledge of Process Improvement methodologies and optimization, experience in IT Management & Project management
You have minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Sustainability & Compliance
Possess an enhanced knowledge of ITIL 5 Foundation, Continuous Improvement governance, Sustainability, Agile Methodology
You have strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills, strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills, you are a Creative Thinker, you are able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and in a global environment
Degree: Bachelor or Master in Business Processes or Sustainability Management or Economics
You are at ease communicating in English
You have strong MS Office skills
