Role Summary
Contributes substantively to cross-functional teams that develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans with the goal of improving client satisfaction and retaining assets. Analyzes multiple data streams and optimizes tactics. Implements plans and processes according to Segment Marketing strategy. The role will interact with resources from other departments, such as product, legal, and shared services, to develop compelling events, experiences, and content that positively positions and differentiates T. Rowe Price leading to increased Plan Sponsor client loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with cross-functional peers and segment leads in the execution of multichannel marketing plans aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients. Makes recommendations on specific media and promotional channels to be employed to best promote supported products and services and drive targeted audience engagement. Determines appropriate measurement criteria and methods for newly suggested promotional audiences and tactics.
  • Ensures all internal and external elements necessary to the successful execution of segment marketing plans are addressed, including securing the support of necessary internal marketing and distribution partners; ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied; and ensuring all necessary content is shared, reviewed, and approved by necessary external partners.
  • Assesses and synthesizes key performance indicator data to provide recommendations on additional key performance indicators, benchmarks, and tactical marketing plan adjustments.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for repeatable deliverables impacting client and prospect experiences, ensuring the ongoing maintenance and streamlining of all such repeatable workstreams.
  • Supports high-touch client engagement events. Gathers required background and perspective from key stakeholders to inform content strategy and event experience. Provides direction to marketing and creative partners. Ensures projects are properly executed and experiences meet the desired outcomes within the established timeframe and budget.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$83,000 - $141,000 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Base salary range:

$103,500 - $177,000USD

For the location of:

California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
