Job Summary:
The IT Business Manager IV will provide business analysis, analytics and strategic insights to enable business management for the IT organization. Key areas of focus include tracking, reporting and benchmarking IT performance across all major domains and the development and maintenance of a comprehensive and integrated demand forecasting and capacity planning model to provide stakeholders with recommendations based on insights and data.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the development and maintenance of tracking and reporting solutions to assist in managing and executing the IT strategy
- Lead the development and delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting and analysis key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT operational metrics
- Lead and support special projects to increase IT performance in partnership with functional business areas
- Lead periodic benchmarking of IT maturity across key functions
- Mentor IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence
- Identify & implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, reduce downtime, and increase productivity
- Generate regular IT leadership reports describing workforce models, trends, risks, and mitigation plans
- Create and deliver executive level presentations that identify key insights and identify key actions that support IT strategy and objectives
- Provide oversight and direction for other analysts
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT and/or business analysis
- Management experience is preferred
- Previous management experience with responsibility for delivering IT services in a large enterprise or consulting organization is preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Executive maturity and an ability to work effectively with senior executives
- Familiarity with IT implementation projects and IT strategy formulation is preferred
- Strong communications professional with experience with managing internal communications programs and supporting senior leadership communications
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects at once in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
- Collaborative managerial skills with exceptional analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with a strong track record of success and measurable impact
- Effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines
- Attention to detail and project management skills
- Ability to oversee and deliver multiple deliverables across projects and deadlines
- Ability to work through ambiguous situations and to proactively take action without instruction

Compensation Range:
$108,600.00 - $190,000.00
