Sales Onboarding, Training & Development Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and experienced individual to join our sales enablement team. This role will report into the Director of Sales Enablement, and is ideal for someone who is well-versed in B2B software sales organizations. This person should be eager to strategize, create and facilitate a variety of sales development motions. If you’re personable, engaging, outgoing and have experience working with fast-paced sales organizations, we’d love to meet you! 

What you will do: 

  • Strategize, develop and facilitate global onboarding programs and trainings for new sales reps and sales leadership 
  • Create content to further develop existing sales reps through ongoing training sessions 
  • Facilitate and lead some training sessions, ensuring that the content is delivered effectively and that the team is fully engaged. 
  • Establish a continuous feedback loop to improve training content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful as market conditions and sales strategies evolve. 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement and other sales leadership to determine training needs 
  • Facilitate quick turnarounds for timely training needs and materials as they come up
  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights that can enhance sales strategies
  • Help organize and facilitate coaching sessions from 3rd party vendors 
  • Assist in organizing and managing other sales enablement projects and initiatives as needed 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing or a related field. 
  • 3-4 Years of relevant sales training and onboarding experience 
  • Experience creating sales onboarding programs 
  • Experience facilitating sales training sessions 
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines 
  • Understanding of sales processes and strategies. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Experience with learning management systems preferred 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
