Title: Manager, Field Marketing

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As part of the North American team and global marketing organization, the Marketing Manager will lead the preparation and coordination of a range of field marketing activities for the North American market which will help build pipeline. Responsible for managing and executing field marketing events such as tradeshows, VIP events and Formation to drive brand awareness and pipeline in key solution markets and accounts.

Your organizational and problem-solving skills will help provide attendees with a memorable and positive experience. As the Marketing manager, you will communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketers, content writers, and more.

  • Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to define event goals, target audiences, and key messaging for events, tradeshows and field marketing
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive event registrations
  • Coordinate with the demand generation and BDR team to drive a robust pre-and post-event promotions
  • Manage registration processes and correspondence to ensure a smooth attendee registration experience.
  • Provide on-site support during events, overseeing registration, managing volunteers, and addressing logistical or safety concerns as they arise.
  • Evaluate event success and attendee feedback to inform future event planning and improvements.
  • Utilize event management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance event efficiency.
  • Perform all other duties and activities as required.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 6+ years of relevant Marketing experience in a prominent enterprise software company with progressive track record

PREFERRED:

  • Degree preferred or equivalent years of practical job experience in a similar function or role

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to drive results through multiple cross functional teams
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing and negotiating skills

Other Requirements:

  • Travel: 10 to 25%
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the country of the job location.
