What you would do in this role

The ideal candidate shall be,

• Help the team in architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for different client problems.
• Interface with clients/account team to understand engineering/business problems and translate it into analytics problems that shall deliver insights for action and operational improvements.
• Ability to consume data from multiple sources and present relevant information in a crisp and digestible manner that delivers valuable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Who we are looking for?

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 5+ year(s) experience in data-driven techniques including exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing, machine learning to solve business problems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, SQL, or Scala.

• Solid foundation of Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms and Experimental design.
• Excellent data visualization skills in PowerBI/Tableau to be able to present insights that drive business impact.
• Experience in Utilities, Energy, Chemical, Metals and Mining experience is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS or Databricks tools. Relevant certifications in Azure Data Services or cloud data engineering are highly desirable.
• Implement MLOps practices to streamline the machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Experience of working with database/data warehouse/data modeling/ETL pipeline.
• Candidates should have a strong understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, Vector database and Lang chain frameworks.
