10The Team: You will work with a Team of Minions, ambitious, and hard-working software professionals recruited from reputed universities and industries. The team is responsible for Performance Testing of EDM application - a desktop app, web, and cloud platform.

Responsibilities:
• High level understanding of Complete SDLC: architecture, design, development, and support of the product.
• In depth understanding of STLC.
• Expertise in Performance Testing Life cycle and methodologies.
• Active participation in all scrum ceremonies, following AGILE best practices effectively.
• Play a key role developing Performance Testing Script and Executions
• Work collaboratively with business partners to understand and clarify Performance requirements.
• Could craft workload model from Performance Testing Plan/Strategy from the NFRs.
• Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Respond to and resolve internal and client raised issues.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 8+ years in Performance Testing/Engineering.
• Candidate must have expertise in creating, enhancing ( handling dynamic data and inputs) and executing scripts in Jmeter, Gatling
• Candidate should have at working experience on Terraform and IAC concepts.
• Hands-on experience on any version control tools like GIT, Gitlab, ADO
• Good experience with developing and debugging queries in MS SQL and postgres.
• Candidate should have expertise in Performance Testing Microservices
• Candidate should have hands on experience in scripting language like Python, Powershell.
• Good knowledge of Application architectures and Test Data creation methodologies.
• Expertise in monitoring Tools like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, Performance Testing Rest APIs
• Expertise in at least one of the APM like Appdynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace
• Expertise in at least one of the open-Source Application Profiling Tool.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.
• Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields.
• Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
• High energy and a self-starter.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems
• Good background on leveraging multiple cloud technologies (atleast AWS)
• Can handle Performance Testing for both front-end and back-end applications.
• Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
