We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented Global Corporate Planning Analyst to join our team at MUFG Bank, Seoul branch. The successful candidate will handle management of financial data to aggregate profits by customers, Relationship Manager and products and assist various meetings. And support planning of business strategy for Front office according to the instructions of the Head of Department and team leaders.

What you will be doing:

• Support in making business meeting materials: HQ monthly profit report, bi-weekly pipeline report, BS monitoring sheet.
• Monthly closing for Seoul branch according to HQ KPI by organizing documents, aggregating data/materials, entering/inputting/editing data, maintaining related documentation, and  etc.          
• Data management: Seoul branch booking profit, overseas booking profit and incentives
• Managing profit by product, customer, RM, and segment
• Support balance management, analysis, and forecasting
• Cooperate with Global Corporate Banking, Financial Planning, Transaction Banking, and other various departments within the Seoul Branch for various tasks
• Cooperate with GCIB, GCBDA, ARMO, TBOA for report submissions and other inquiries
• Undertake any assignments instructed separately and additionally by superiors.
• Assist maintenance and settings of Business Department Profit Management system in EUC.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Preference for candidates with a degree in Economics or Business (Familiarity with business and economic terminology)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Prior work experience in banking or finance institution is preferred
• Fluent in English and Japanese (English skills are given higher priority)
• Interest in research, assessing/forecasting impact/outcome, and making deliverables/actions
• Business sense (keeping deadline, logical thinking, resilience, negotiation/presentation, and collaboration/cooperation)
