We are seeking a passionate and scientifically-driven Dermatology Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Romania. In this role, you will serve as a key scientific partner to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders while providing medical and scientific expertise in the field of dermatology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of dermatological treatments and improve patient outcomes across Romania.

Main Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals in the dermatology therapeutic area across Romania
• Provide scientific and medical expertise through evidence-based discussions with healthcare professionals regarding Sanofi's dermatology portfolio
• Identify and support investigator-initiated studies and collaborate with clinical research teams to facilitate clinical trials in dermatology
• Gather insights from the medical community and communicate field intelligence to internal stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making
• Participate in scientific congresses, advisory boards, and medical education activities as a scientific representative of Sanofi
• Stay current with scientific literature, treatment guidelines, and emerging research in dermatology to maintain subject matter expertise
• Support the development and implementation of the medical strategy for dermatology products in alignment with regional and global objectives

About You

Qualifications:

• MD, PharmD, PhD or advanced scientific degree in life sciences or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Medical Affairs or clinical research
• Scientific background and understanding of dermatology therapeutic area
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex scientific information effectively
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
• Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel within Romania (approximately 60% of time)
