How will you make an impact?

Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.

Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:

  • Reconstruct service product routings to determine baseline costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities
  • Build service pricing strategies across varying geographic and customer markets using cost, margin, and competitive inputs
  • Develop tools and models to rapidly estimate service costs in support of customer proposals and commercial decision-making
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and commercial) to support new service offerings and pricing initiatives

Compensation & Start Date: This internship offers an hourly rate of $20.50. Interns have the option to join either our May or June cohort for a duration of 10-12 weeks.

How will you get here?

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business field of study between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Previous related internships totaling 1+ years experience required. 0 years of work experience required.
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
