About Team
The People Services team is a dynamic and multi-functional team spanning across several pillars like Contact Centre, Data Administration, Recruiting Services and Unemployment Claims alongside critical support teams like Transaction Support, Integrations, Quality Assurance, People Analytics & Reporting, and Workday Configuration. This Bengaluru-based team collaborates and collaborates with our colleagues based out of Charlotte (North Carolina) and Bentonville (Arkansas) creating benchmarks around customer service delivery and a superior associate experience.

What you will do
Manages administrative support by training other team members; helping to support special projects involving advanced research and review of data; researching the impact of process changes and communicates changes to leadership; ensuring adherence with business process controls; analysing data to establish continual improvements; facilitating validation of system (UAT); educating business partners on best practices to promote compliance across the business; and supporting special projects involving research and review of data.
Leads document processing by validating data for complex issue resolution by using in-depth analytics reviews across multiple systems; identifying transactions that affect financial statements or customer impacts; completing complex research for quality methods; conducting complex root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve causes for issues presented by customers or control procedures; coordinating documentation retrievals for compliance and audit requests; submitting reconciliations, reporting and flux data for balance sheet reviews; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand transactional entries, gather information, and validate data and reconciliations.
Manages review of transactional activity for appropriate account classification and services; reconciling data and findings; working with support teams to ensure compliance. Coordinates complete and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability, and promoting continuous learning.
Ensures compliance and regulations, company policies and procedures by analysing and interpreting reports; implementing and monitoring human resource compliance processes; implementing action plans to improve performance; and ensuring the confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
Guides document processing by validating data for complex issue resolution by using in-depth analytics reviews across multiple systems; calculating and inputting transactions that affect financial statements; completing complex research for reimbursement or recoupment of funds; reconciling low to medium complexity general ledger accounts; reviewing and researching general ledger, financial statements, and transactional system inputs to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies; conducting complex root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve causes for issues presented by customers or control procedures; coordinating documentation retrievals for compliance and audit requests; submitting reconciliations, reporting and flux data for balance sheet reviews; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand accounting entries, gather relevant information, and validate data and reconciliations.
What you will bring

Should have 6-10 years of experience in HR Operations role or equivalent experience in Service Operations.
