Job Description

  

Join Teledyne HiRel , a leader in high-reliability electronics for defense applications. As our Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring accurate revenue tracking and timely cash flow—key to supporting our mission of delivering cutting-edge solutions for the most demanding environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and issue accurate customer invoices; resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and manage collections for past-due accounts.
  • Forecast weekly cash receipts to support financial planning.
  • Apply daily cash receipts and reconcile bank transactions.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly aging reports and monitor credit limits.
  • Handle intercompany invoicing and reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audits related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested.

What You Need

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general knowledge of ERP/MRP systems – required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance – required.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable – required.
  • Knowledge of government contract accounting and FAR clauses – preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO and/or AS9100 standards – preferred.

Salary Range:

$77,900.00-$103,800.000
