Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and optimize existing enterprise service management systems for peak performance.
• Design and develop new features and functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• As needed, create connections/integrations to/from our ITSM platform and maintain them.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Document system configurations and changes for knowledge transfer and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in solutions engineering with a focus on service management systems.
• Programming and system development skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for IT service management.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
