The Commercial Finance Manager role within the Cost & Capital Team is your opportunity to lead transformative change and shape the future of Global. What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll:

• Build a deep understanding of Global’s operating model, cost base and strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain financial data sets and models to analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Deliver insights that shape business decisions by converting monthly performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Support the design and implementation of cost-saving initiatives, working with senior leaders across multiple departments.
• Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders, earning a seat at the table in strategic discussions.
