We're looking for an experienced Director, IT Applications - Sourcing & Legal to join our IT Corporate Applications team. Reporting to the VP of IT Corporate Applications, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical leadership, influence, and guidance to the Sourcing & Legal teams. Ensuring a cohesive set of processes & systems are tuned for the company's growth towards $10B in revenue.
  • Optimizing the end to end process for Inquiry to Procure and driving enterprise-grade systems for all Legal operations.
  • Representing the voice of internal users to deliver a world class experience
  • Leading large-scale business process change to simplify the user experience and increase total throughput for both Sourcing and Legal teams.
  • Defining lasting solutions for data management & reporting posture (purchasing, travel and expense, contracts, disbursements, etc.).
  • Developing persona definitions across Sourcing & Legal, and incorporate the personas into the feature development cycle.
  • Refine & further develop the 2 year roadmap for Sourcing & Legal, driving translation of roadmap items into Epics and Features.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of experience running and implementing Business Applications at a publicly traded company
  • Operational experience with a large-scale Coupa implementation
  • Implementation experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Certifications in Coupa, ServiceNow
  • Implementation or Operational experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with: NetSuite, AppZen, Navan, Snowflake, Tableau

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$175,000$250,000 USD
