Manage seat demand & supply, location strategy, seat utilization, capacity allocations, relationship with workplace, key interface with delivery leads, mobilization and all internal supporting requirement or/ and location specific requirements.

Job Description

Demand and Capacity Management

  • Manage tactical components of the work allocation model using the available network footprint to onboard new work, also maintain\publish real time demand\supply status to Leadership.
  • Ensure real time updating of Space Management Tools to reflect on ground scenario.

Cost Management

  • Provide chargeability inputs to Finance team to ensure financial debits and credits against delivery\contracts and delivery Center is up to date.
  • Support roster Management efforts for proper support and cost recovery.

Facility and Technology Infrastructure Management

  • Track fulfilment of shared resource and infrastructure needs for business requirements for the location working with GS, TFO and ISA teams.
  • Track fulfilment of contract specific resource and infrastructure requirements on a need basis.

Job Qualification

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Good at logical reasoning and decision making.
  • Must be able to communicate well with different audiences and speak confidently.
  • Work with limited direction, flag and escalate issues as and when required.
  • Should be able to prioritize and close deliverables.
