Managed Device Services - Leasing Analyst

Description -

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities:

Core activity

  • Forecast, monitor, and drive incremental ELV for AMS/EMEA lease portfolio.

 

Other main activities

  • Create and update accurate lease forecasts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Identify and manage risks/opportunities
  • Lead ELV account reviews and clean-up based on top offenders
  • Drive monthly close (official ELV calculation)
  • Lead process improvement initiatives (Improvement of HPFS reports, end of term processes)
  • SME support to Delivery/Pursuit (trainings, consultations on buyouts, returns, renewals)

Education and Experience Required:

  • Typically a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience and a minimum of 6 years related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Decomposition of high-level information into details, abstracting low-level information;
  • Distinguishing requests vs needs, requirements vs. solutions, classifying/ prioritizing requirements;
  • Defining and managing scope and client expectations, requirements change management and traceability;
  • Identifying and mitigating risks; applying creativity to solving complex problems; building relationships and working collaboratively; effective verbal/ written communication; experience in an industry domain.
