Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory – Pulmonary Rehab- Per Diem Days

Respiratory Therapists' assist in transportation of intubated patients with the special emphasis in maintaining airways and providing adequate ventilation and oxygenation. Assess modalities of respiratory therapy, recommend changes - including improvements appropriate to the delivery of respiratory care. 

This Per Diem position is for day shift, no weekend overage as needed from 8:00am – 4:00pm, located 688 White Plains Rd., Eastchester, NY

Required Criteria 

• Minimum of AAS Degree from an AMA approved program in Respiratory Care Eligible for Certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Current NYS Respiratory Therapy licensure
• BCLS certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
