  • Support employee-facing communications that promote understanding of how our programs work and how pay decisions are made
  • Recommend improvements that increase efficiency and clarity, with a focus on automation and AI enablement

What You Bring

  • Up to three years of experience working with data in fields such as analytics, finance, business intelligence, or operations
  • Strong Excel skills, including modeling, formulas, and pivot tables; familiarity with Power BI, Python, or scripting tools is a plus
  • Curiosity about applying AI or building custom GPTs to improve how compensation work is delivered
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and create tools that make complex information accessible to managers and employees
