Position Summary

1. Plan and create the marketing communication asset to achieve the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy.
2. Develop the execution strategy to ensure that the marketing communication asset is used organically and multi-dimensionally at all touch points.

Role and Responsibilities

Key Objectives:

provides assistance to Marketing Manager in support of marketing plans proposals and claims to make sure that the process approved according to Samsung Electronics producers, and coordinates functions of marketing in the absence of the manager, for the entire region of Levant.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Keys data into SAP system, for the purpose of ensuring up-to-date, accurate information in SAP database.
  • Maintains a variety of manual and electronic documents, files and records for the purpose of documenting activities, providing.
  • Maintains SAP function process for purpose of ensuring the availability of items as needed.
  • Ensures that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.
  • Generates statistical and data reports as required and distributes them as needed..
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences related to the IM department     
  • Supporting marketing department, for any communication need it to arrange campaigns
  • Maintain SAP process output and conducting correction arrangement

Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to balance both day-to-day deadlines and ad hoc projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detail.
  • A strong track record of balancing a corporate Controllership with significant ad hoc financial project experience.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills Arabic & English.

• Experience, Education and Licensure

  • Between 6 to 8 Years of Experience.
  • B.A. in Marketing, management or any related field
