Position Summary

We are currently providing virtual training and the option to work full-time from home in select states. You must be a licensed pharmacy technician and also a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance to be considered for this role.

Exciting Pharmacy Technician position available supporting CVS Customer Relations and CVS retail pharmacy stores. Responsibilities include responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-CVS line in a manner that is reflective of the company's purpose and values.

Must have superb customer service skills in order to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting. In this role, you will serve as a customer advocate when researching, responding or interpreting company procedures or policies with the ultimate goal of delighting our valuable pharmacy customers. Excellent communication skills are needed as you review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters and as you respond to customers either on the phone or via written communications.

Collaboration skills are needed as you partner with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner. This position will provide customer service upholding our goals of delivery through the execution

*Position pay rate is $17.00 per hour to start. Range listed in this posting indicates the earning potential for candidates once in role.



Required Qualifications

• Resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance

• Possess or able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in state of residence prior to start date.

• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment

• Proficient to advanced PC skills required including MS Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications
• Call Center experience is highly desired with a focus on excellence in service delivery.

• Bilingual Spanish.

Education
Verifiable High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
