As the UX Coordinator, you will provide operational support across design, content, and research to enable our User Experience (UX) team to function more effectively and efficiently.  You’ll partner with our UX researcher to maximize the reach of the voice of the member. You’ll meticulously coordinate logistics for member research, and manage projects collaboratively to ensure that work is completed on time. Other responsibilities include: coordinating weekly team meetings; supporting with offsite planning; contractor management; managing content approval processes; CMS management and content uploading.

You’re a keen observer and enjoy solving problems with your user in mind - whether they’re members of the UX team or members in Omada’s programs. You’re not afraid to jump into something new, and do a little bit of everything. Over time, this role has the potential to grow into a UX Operations or UX research function.

As a UX Coordinator, you will be…

  • Managing UX research recruiting: identifying appropriate participants; handling scheduling and communication with research participants and internal teams; distributing incentives
  • Working with internal stakeholders to build and manage surveys and unmoderated tests
  • Evangelizing member research through ownership of our research repository and organizational communication
  • Analyzing processes across content, design, and research to identify opportunities to streamline and improve how we work
  • Partnering with our content and clinical teams to support curriculum implementation
  • Managing contractor budgets, ensuring timely submission of invoices
  • Facilitating UX Team rituals and culture

  • Strong project management skills: You can build and execute a project plan
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Displays initiative; works both independently and collaborates well with a team to get things done
  • 3+ years of experience working as a user research coordinator, project manager, research manager, UX research or UX ops roles,  product ops, other coordination / operations roles
  • Loves working with technology and learning new tools and capabilities

 

Bonus points if you have...

  • Experience writing SQL
  • Experience working in regulated industries (ex. Healthcare, finance)
  • Interest or experience in copywriting and editing
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants. 

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
