JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:              Key Account Manager – Institution

Reporting to:      Head of Sales - Institution

Department:      Distribution

Division:              Established Pharmaceutical Division -EPD

Location:             Abbottabad

Job Summary:

To achieve the sales targets and enhance the market presence of designated products within specified institutions through the development of strong relationships with key clientele.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Annual/Quarterly targets for assigned products in allocated Institutions
  • Monthly forecasting of SKUs for assigned Institutions and timely submission to the Head of Sales for further action
  • Monitor inventory on assigned IRS and coordinate with RDSM for replenishment and TMS
  • Ensure availability of all quoted products in assigned Institutions and other Institutions i.e., Public and Private
  • Inclusion of NPIs in the assigned Institutions and coordination with the Sales team for Rx and liquidation
  • Visit all Target Client List to generate sales, tender requirements & shaping, monitor demand & handle complaints and queries efficiently and effectively
  • Identify new potential Institutions and develop business through the Implementation of product promotional strategies
  • To adhere and implement SFA practices and achieve KPIs and interact and coordinate with all relevant functions
  • Team up with the Institutional business coordination team to arrange tender-related documents for participation in tenders and issuance of quotations to private hospitals
  • Ensure timely reporting of AER (Adverse Event Report) to the Medical Department and ensure compliance adherence to the Company’s Policies and Procedures

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

  • Graduate; preferably in Biological Sciences or Pharmacy (Pharm D)
  • 5 years or Plus experience in pharmaceutical sales. Understanding & Experience of institution's business will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible and capable of performing well in high-stress situations
  • Willing to move to different locations as required
