The Role
As a Senior Manager on the Technology Resiliency and Recovery (TRR) team, you will serve in a second line of defense role within Enterprise Business Resiliency (EBR). You will lead TRR testing and oversee results gathering, analysis, and reporting to management. This role partners closely with business, technology, architecture, and engineering teams to identify current and emerging resiliency risks, define remediation options, and drive continuous improvement of the TRR program in support of business objectives and audit and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading TRR testing execution, analysis, and reporting
Managing testing results data and facilitating recovery plan creation and maintenance across business units
Partnering with business units, Product Owners, and Business Continuity teams to align Critical Business Services (CBS) to applications and processes
Creating and reviewing IT dependency mapping, documenting inconsistencies and associated risks
Monitoring and responding to evolving technology resiliency trends
Participating in incident response and recovery activities, including on‑call and off‑hours support
Solving complex, ambiguous problems using strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
6–8+ years of experience across technology platforms and environments, including cloud, open/distributed systems, and mainframe
Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and systems architecture
Experience collaborating across business units, products, and third parties to assess and test recovery capabilities
Exposure to architecture standards, technical configuration review, and resiliency design
Familiarity with data replication, disaster recovery technologies, and cloud/hybrid‑cloud solutions
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders with executive presence
DRI (CBCP) or BCM (DRCP, DRCS) certification (preferred)
Functional experience in emergency response and crisis management (preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Risk Management, or related discipline

The Team
The Technology Resiliency and Recovery team is part of the Corporate Risk organization. The team provides strategic oversight, development, and execution of Fidelity’s technology resiliency program, ensuring critical business operations can continue through technology disruptions by identifying, managing, and mitigating technology risk.
Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
