Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple locations, non-profit volunteers and part time staff
- Communicate job expectations and train new warehouse clerks and portable staff
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are being followed for all stands and portables
- Track all perishable/spoilage items and report to Concessions Manager
- Maintains temperature logs for each concession stand and helps regulate staff/volunteers with Health and Sanitation procedures
- Oversee and help with transferring product before and during events from warehouse to designated locations using proper paperwork, proper First In First Out (FIFO) rotating procedures and safe transfer/storage procedures
- Willingness to perform additional task as required by management. (ie, Cooking, cleaning and working in portable or concession stands)
- Oversees cleaning and organization of equipment, portables and concession stands post event
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload deliveries and store with proper rotation (FIFO) in warehouse areas, cooler/freezers and dry storage location
- Maintains, organizes and cleans storage areas on a daily basis
- Maintains inventory stock of all supplies at each location before and during events (Must have ability to delegate these tasks as needed)
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management
