The Position

In Digital Service Solutions / Data Innovation, we direct a massive stream of service & product-related data and knowledge end-to-end, driving process digitalization & commercial intelligence. The Product Information Management (PIM) platform plays a central role in our portfolio by distributing high-fidelity Roche Diagnostics product data and knowledge to multiple commercial use cases, internal and end-customer facing.

The Opportunity:

The business-essential PIM data and tool chains are multi-layered and extensive. They require permanent, professional care to support stakeholders in commercial business, and to resolve inquiries about product documentation from affiliates and, indirectly, end users in customer laboratories.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of end-to-end information flows and dependent user experiences to resolve issues, address user needs to Product Ownership, and help improving overall customer satisfaction

  • In support of the business, establish expert knowledge of relevant solution features and their optimal utilization by product data publishers and users

  • Play an active role in the support and incident management workflow at scale: Conduct business analysis for reported issues before engaging or escalating to other teams, follow up on issue resolution in the end-to-end chain, support the user if task level support is indicated (process-, content-, or tool handling related)

  • Conduct (meta) data analysis and data quality activities on demand in defined areas

  • Support data analytics, provide insights and recommendations to Business Product Owners and various business stakeholders

  • Engage with solution related key user communities, manage regular solution related communication, maintain up-to-date training and troubleshooting content

  • Growth potential in this role: Assume associate Product Owner tasks - support Business Product Owners in solution delivery and lifecycle management, take responsibility for subprojects, or ownership of individual components and enablers within the ecosystem

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a reliable, self-directed enabler of product care, best in class support and business adoption, with sound solution and data background and confident appearance in multi-site business and IT networks

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification that bridges business and IT domains

  • Suitable for individuals at the early to middle stages of their professional career, looking to build expertise in data-driven platforms, solution and business process management

  • Strong affinity for working with data, demonstrating precision and attention to detail when managing complex topics

  • Familiarity with applicable AI technologies is a strong plus

  • Clear and effective communication abilities to collaborate successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • High motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic environment at the intersection of Roche Diagnostics commercial business and digital technology
