We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and well-organized individual to join the ADI Corporate Communications team. This team member should possess a proven track record of collaborating with executives to build alignment and increase employee engagement in support of our company's purpose, vision and culture. The successful candidate will partner closely with a wide variety of business, manufacturing, technology and functional leaders across the APAC region to drive impact.  

We are looking for a seasoned communications strategist with experience working in large, complex technology organizations alongside senior executives. The ideal candidate must possess excellent executive presence, a flair for developing and implementing innovative and effective communications strategies including increasing employee engagement, and excellent writing skills across various communications channels.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Serve as a trusted communications advisor to APAC leaders working in close partnership with HR leadership.  
  • Create and deliver robust communication and change management strategies to strategic initiatives. Partner in the analysis and change-readiness assessment and ensure alignment of activities, strategies, and plans.
  • Partner with market and regional marketing and PR leaders to co-create fully integrated internal and external campaigns. 
  • Develop, edit, and coach for key communications in all internal channels including email, intranet, all-hands meetings, videos, special forums and conferences.
  • Evaluate and deploy most effective channels to reach target audiences.
  • Enhance existing internal channels and develop new ones as needed to reach shared objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications advice and act as a representative of the executives for both internal and external communications.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across various business units.

  • A passion for employee communications, engagement and culture transformation efforts.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working on strategic communications like: Executive Communications, Internal communications, Employee communications, Corporate communications, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, Communications or related field.
  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Experience working on strategic communications for large, publicly traded, global organizations in a mixed hourly and salaried workforce.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and people at all levels – hourly, salaried, professional and technical.

Location: Manila, Philippines with some travel to Cavite manufacturing location
