About the Role

Develops and implements overall corporate solutions strategies and plans to materialize the company's strategy, conducts research and data analysis to inform business decisions, and aligns department goals with the overall strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Leading the implementation of new initiatives and corporate solution’s strategic projects
  • Formulating and execution of business strategy, logical reasonings and data analysis
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders across various project requirements
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly business review report and presentation
  • Conducting market research to analyze and evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
  • Analyzing the market share data and sharing the status quo of market position with stakeholders from Myanmar BU and AIA Group
  • Preparing all project documentations such as agreements, meeting summary, proposals, and project reports
  • Managing Corporate Solutions department’s Campaigns
  • Leading the Corporate Solutions’ events by coordinating with other functions  
  • Mentoring and support junior team members

Communication Requirements

Internal communication:

  • To coordinate actively with cross-functional teams as and when required
  • To support and actively follow-up with cross-functional teams for on-going internal assignments

External communication:

  • To communicate with external stakeholders from various on-going projects
  • To support in reaching out for potential business opportunities

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree: Preferably in Business Administration, Management or Economics
  • 4-6 years of work experience in strategy consulting, finance or market research role
  • Excellent skills in project management
  • Flexibility to adjust multiple tasks, shifting priorities and be able to adapt in a rapid change of work dynamics
  • Excellent in interpreting data, conducting analyses and deriving insights
  • Proven ability to lead and develop project plans to achieve goals
  • Demonstrate expertise in research and analysis
  • Strong communication skills for both verbal and written (English and Myanmar)
  • Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
  • Team player with excellent relationship building skills
  • Proficient MS office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel is a must)
