A Day in the Life

The Contracting Support role is responsible for end-to-end execution, validation, and support of cardiovascular pricing, contracting, rebates, and financial adjustments for U.S. stakeholders. The role serves as the operational bridge between Sales, Pricing, Finance, among others, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all contracting-related requests.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Provide operational support for cardiovascular pricing, contracting, rebates, and financial adjustments to ensure accurate and timely execution.

• Review, validate, and process pricing and contract-related requests in alignment with established policies and business guidelines.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Finance and Operations to resolve issues and support customer needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and system updates to support auditability and data integrity.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and operational efficiency within contracting support activities.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in pricing, order management, finance, or a related operational role.
• Fluent in English
