Job Description

Join a dynamic team that provides IT support to P&G's Senior Leadership Team! The Executive Care Technical Advisor role is highly visible and requires a strong inclination towards servant leadership. It is best suited for individuals who take pleasure in creating a delightful experience for others. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact daily with top officers in the company and their executive assistants. Responsibilities will include meeting support (both in person and virtual), PC break fix, O365 troubleshooting, and support for mobile devices. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.

Position Details: The job is based out of the Cincinnati General Offices, with occasional travel to Mason Business Center and Winton Hill Business Center as required.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to effectively connect with senior leaders and their executive assistants, demonstrating quiet confidence.
  • Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with PC, Mac, Mobility, Meetings, Video, and O365 to provide basic IT troubleshooting and support. Previous experience in meeting support and/or PC or Mac support is a plus.
  • Growth Mindset: Passion for learning new things, willingness to delve into and understand new technologies, and a desire to enhance digital proficiency. Previous experience in support or customer service is a plus.
  • Operate with Discipline: Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues and requests, facilitate changes, and coordinate critical matters to ensure timely resolution for Executive Care customers. Good attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Act as an Owner: Ability to understand the broader context, make decisions that serve the best interests of the entire business process.
