Our purpose is to positively impact people’s lives every day in every home around the world! We work very hard to provide our consumers with high-quality, exciting 5-star products that make life easier. We thrive on passion and innovation and are looking for great people, with great ideas, who want to build the next big thing and develop while they do.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Technical Project Manager to join our team at our Battersea Office. The TPM will join a global Engineering team, partnering with offices in London & China. The TPM will be responsible for owning and delivering all Engineering activities related to the new product development on multiple projects within a franchise, on budget and to aggressive timelines. The TPM is the ‘glue’ within the team, aligning project direction and decision points with key members from all business disciplines but mainly between the Engineering teams in all sites. We work with a hybrid model, 3 days a week in our iconic Battersea Power Station London office.
The successful candidate will be able to understand, explain and help solving complex Engineering technical challenges, and be able to present information to non-technical cross-functional teams. The candidate will be also able to support the project team on some technical activities. They will need to show good listening and influencing skills, with the confidence to achieve collaborative working relationships.
The technical project manager is responsible for the ‘WHAT’ that is being delivered, design manager/engineers are responsible for ‘HOW’ this is delivered. Jointly they are responsible for:
Delivering 5* products to market (best in class product)
