Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific business needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while continuously adapting to evolving requirements and challenges. Collaboration and communication are key, as the engineer guides the technical direction and ensures alignment with organizational goals throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues that may impact delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and application configuration.
- Experience in managing and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
