As the Scheduling Officer, you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment
This is an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Scheduler to join St Vincent’s @ Home based at our Community Care office in Arundel. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist clients with a strong person-centred care focus, whilst working along with other departments within the care services. It involves balancing client preferences, clinical priorities, staff availability, travel efficiencies, funding requirements and responding to same-day changes while maintaining service continuity.

This is a full-time position based at our Arundel Community Care Office, with standard office hours from Monday to Friday. The role also includes participation in a rotating on-call roster approximately every five weeks, which covers weekend support. A hybrid working arrangement is available, allowing one day per week to be worked from home.
