As a Sales Lead, you will play a critical role in driving team performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client experience. In this role, you will lead a multi-functional team to meet and exceed business objectives.
Day-to-day, you’ll focus on coaching and developing talent, optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance trends, and collaborating across the organization to implement strategic initiatives. You will also ensure operational excellence by overseeing compliance, administrative responsibilities, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong track record of coaching high-performing teams, deep experience within financial services, and a solid understanding of call center–based advice models.
