Summary:
In the role of Business Function Implement Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of a designated business function from start to finish. This includes working closely with various stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the design or redesign of workflows and organizational components. The role requires continuous engagement with teams to ensure that the implementation activities align with the strategic goals of the business function, fostering seamless integration and operational efficiency throughout the process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional groups to ensure alignment and timely delivery of objectives.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Support junior team members by offering guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and service models related to Platform as a Service.
- Experience in designing and optimizing business processes within cloud-based platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex organizational structures and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in Platform as a Service environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
