Afternoons - 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - $3K sign on bonus 

Nights - 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - $4K sign on bonus

Starting Pay $40+/hour based on experience 

Shift Premiums for Nights ($3/hr.)  & Afternoons ($1/hr.)

 

 When you join our dynamic team at Shearer's as an Automation Controls Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the snack food industry!  As the dedicated professional, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of robotics and automation control systems, ensuring peak performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and Programming for PLC's and automation equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance control capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance personnel.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in PLC and HMI code, ABB & Fanuc Robot programming, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical prints.
