Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The engineer actively manages the lifecycle of applications, from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance within the operational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and system reliability.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within IT operations management tools.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application development and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
