The Role 
The Analyst will be a crucial member of the APAC FP&A team and key point of contact for local sales teams. In this role you will partner with senior sales leaders, establish yourself as a trusted finance partner, and become an extension of the sales team. The right candidate will be able to guide the sales teams through regular target setting, planning and forecasting cycles along with identifying and communicating valuable insights to the sales management team to drive key business decisions and grow revenue.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the production of quarterly business reviews to sales management.
Monthly actuals consolidation and corporate reporting deck preparation
Preparing weekly revenue reporting and quarterly outlooks for management review.
Setting quarterly sales quotas, tracking, and driving performance. 
Reviewing annual trading agreements and tracking the performance of these deals.
Deliver insights to sales management to support key business decisions.
Support in the production of quarterly business reviews to sales management.
Manage weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning & forecasting processes.
Determine sales quota achievement for sales commission payouts.
Working closely with cross functional teams to identify and drive sales system and reporting enhancements

Candidate Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in a large organization
Graduate Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or Mathematics
Advanced excel / Google sheets skills
Experience working with complex financial models.
Ability to work with large volumes of data and bring it to life in a simple, clear fashion.
Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership over increasingly larger projects.
Understanding and interest in digital advertising and media 
Entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter able to deliver in a timely manner, to a high standard and with minimal direction
Aptitude to work in a multicultural, dynamic, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Mandarin & English speaker
