The Manufacturing Professional – Production Planning & Scheduling role supports seamless manufacturing operations by coordinating and expediting the flow of materials across suppliers and internal departments in alignment with production schedules. This role drives efficient planning and scheduling of material and production requirements, ensuring timely execution and operational continuity. By evaluating and communicating the impact of changes in products and processes, the professional enables informed decision-making and strengthens collaboration within the manufacturing organization to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

As a Manufacturing Professional – Production Planning & Scheduling, you will:

  • Drive master planning, material processes, and system efficiency by preparing and maintaining accurate production schedules and purchasing plans. Ensure strong alignment with production targets and KPIs while continuously optimizing inventory levels and improving processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by exchanging critical data and insights with teams such as sales, engineering, and maintenance to support smooth and efficient operations.
  • Oversee and support standardized manufacturing processes, following established guidelines for production while managing simple operational workflows that require minimal technical complexity

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in data mining and analytics using tools like Power BI and Excel Macros.
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
  • Have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Have an awareness of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements and ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
