We’re seeking a junior software engineer for product engineering - core sales CRM area to join our ongoing quest to create the most epic, innovative sales management solution around. If you're passionate about driving sales success and helping businesses reach their full potential, we’d love to have you on our team!

Our engineering team is comprised of a number of tribes that operate independently, making sure we benefit from flat hierarchies and scalability.  Each tribe is a self-sufficient unit with full ownership of its area. Developers have a lot of freedom: they get to pick missions to work on, and when they’re done with a mission they’re back at the launchpad keeping the show on the road and recovering before the next mission.

At Insights, we leverage our expertise to empower our customers with the tools they need to monitor and enhance their progress within Pipedrive. Our team is responsible for critical features such as insights, goals, and forecasting, all designed to streamline and optimize sales processes. We provide our customers with advanced reporting capabilities, offering them a clear view of their sales performance and actionable insights on when and where to improve for maximum efficiency.
