Title: 3777: Creative Agency Project Management Senior Analyst

Role Summary

As a Program and Project Manager within our global team, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of projects within your designated subfunction. Working closely with creative project teams, the Subfunction PM Lead you will assist in monitoring project health, maintaining accurate project data, and addressing day-to-day challenges. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop project management expertise while contributing to the overall success of the subfunction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination and Support

    • Assist in the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget expectations under guidance from senior team members.

    • Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.

    • Monitor project milestones and flag potential risks or delays to the Subfunction Project Management Lead.

  • Resource Tracking and Data Management

    • Assist with tracking resource allocation across projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

    • Develop and maintain project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

    • Run Workfront with excellence, following our best practice guidance to reflect current status, project information, assets and progress.

    • Monitor and analyze project health metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential roadblocks.

    • Collaborate with team members to resolve minor resource conflicts and escalate significant challenges as needed.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration

    • Facilitate effective communication between project teams, ensuring clarity on priorities and deliverables.

    • Assist in preparing project updates and status reports for stakeholders, including key metrics and insights.

  • Continuous Learning and Best Practices

    • Follow established team guidance and methodologies and contribute to the consistent application of best practices.

    • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the subfunction, providing feedback and suggestions.

    • Take advantage of mentorship and learning opportunities to develop project management skills and knowledge.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:

    • Some experience in project coordination, project support, or an equivalent role.

    • Basic understanding of project management practices, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Monday.com, or similar platforms).

    • Basic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Collaboration Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within diverse teams.

    • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and team members at various levels.

  • Organizational Skills:

    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

    • Proactive and reliable, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

  • Adaptability and Growth Mindset:
