Job Summary

This role is fundamentally focused on enabling and protecting pricing by ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and scalability of all cost‑related processes. It drives the modernization of costing workflows—streamlining processes, reducing manual effort, and implementing automation to enhance accuracy and operational speed.

The Analyst owns the end‑to‑end cost management process for Home and Office Print Hardware, delivering precise cost reporting, analysis, and insights that directly inform pricing decisions and broader financial planning. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical discipline and a continuous‑improvement mindset, leveraging technology (e.g., Power BI, EBP, automation workflows) to modernize financial operations, eliminate process friction, and deliver high‑quality and efficient outputs that strengthen pricing strategy and profitability.

Responsibilities

Automation & Digital Enablement

  • Design and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Excel macros, or other analytics platforms.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation to reduce cycle time and improve accuracy.
  • Build automated dashboards and reporting suites to reduce manual reporting cycles and improve data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the EBP teams to enhance data infrastructure, improve system integrations, and ensure reliable data sources.
  • Champion the adoption of automation best practices within the finance organization.

Costing & Financial Planning

  • Provide a strong foundation for strategic pricing decisions by leading out and governing the end‑to‑end costing process for Home and Office Print Hardware
  • Execute all cost‑update cycles with rigor and speed, meeting strict timelines while maintaining accuracy and process discipline across outlook, budget, and quota cycles.
  • Deliver precise, timely cost inputs to regional and global teams, enabling aligned financial planning and reinforcing pricing strategies that support overall profitability.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, or similar analytical/automation tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAC_P, Anaplan,).
  • Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills.

Education & Experience Recommended

The pay range for this role is $93,400 to $143,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
