Our approach to R&D Position Summary You will lead clinical programming across multiple studies to deliver high-quality data, reports and regulatory-ready outputs. You will work closely with statisticians, data managers, clinical teams and external partners. We value clear communication, practical problem solving and a coaching mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Plan, manage and deliver programming outputs for multiple studies, including SDTM and ADaM datasets, tables, listings and figures. - Provide technical leadership and sponsor oversight for outsourced programming work and external vendors. - Define and apply programming standards and processes to ensure quality, audit readiness and regulatory compliance. - Review and contribute to study documents such as analysis plans, output specifications and submission materials. - Identify risks early, propose practical solutions and escalate when needed to keep projects on track. - Coach and mentor programmers to build capability and support their career growth. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, life sciences or a related field. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical or statistical programming supporting clinical trials. - Strong skills in SAS and experience developing reusable macro code. - Practical knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM and ADaM) and clinical trial data flows. - Experience managing or leading programming deliverables and overseeing vendors. - Good written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Master’s degree in statistics, data science, computer science or related field. - Experience with R, Python or other scripting languages for analysis and automation. - Experience with vendor management, outsourcing oversight or CRO interactions. - Familiarity with regulatory submission processes and documentation best practices. - Experience applying Agile ways of working and tools such as Jira. - Demonstrated track record mentoring team members and improving team processes.
